Here's a colored-in version of the pen&ink portrait I did of Missy, approx 2002, when we started co-moderating an LJ Pin Up community. I eventually took the original to a blueprint copier and made a 3' x 4' version which is ready to be painted over.

Everyone processes things differently. I feel everything very strongly - the good, the bad, the ups, the downs. Life is very real and very vivid. I can't even begin to explain. Sadly my threshold is often too high - the cuts are deeper than I know what to do with.
I've learned a lot in the last year. The things I need to temper, the things I need to tame. Got to let go of the shit that's sinking my boat and the shit I can't change. It's on me. Put my heart away for awhile. It doesn't need to throw any more embers onto my fire right now... Shit I've created in my own head.
