According to her website bio, Divinyls was a "fierce, uncompromising outfit that lays claim to being the best band Australia has ever produced." - WAIT WHAT??!?!? I should quit while I'm ahead here... I also left out a lot of the older stuff my mom had on Vinyl because that would mean I liked some of her weird old hippie-folk-stoner music (Jethro Tull? Seriously mom you're cramping my broody child punk vibe), and I WILL DENY IT ALWAYS! Wow. No wonder I was so damn miserable, look at this list. It's amazing I made it out of the 80s/90s alive. Thank god for my mom's coworkers making me punk mix tapes to balance out all this horsehit. Youth is so... exhausting!
